Our learning academy focuses on Induction and Work Readiness Programs for learners, students, interns, and graduate programs. We offer hybrid learning solutions that combines Virtual Learning through our Learning Management System and Onsite Learning through
classroom facilitation.

Our Induction Program is tailormade to introduce Generation Z learners, students, and interns to the company and the written and unwritten rules of the workplace.

The program covers the following Modules:

•  Welcoming Session
•  Introduction to the program design
• Introduction to the company
• Introduction to Early Career Success Model
• Introduction to Basic Conditions of Employment

Our Work Readiness Program is an Accredited Workplace Essential Skills Program, NQF Level 4, with 20 Credits.

The program is designed to prepare Generation Z Learners, Students, Interns for the world of work and long-term career path. The programme aims to prepare candidates to operate as an early career employee and to complete daily tasks and activities at a workplace. Workplace Essential Skills are used in every industry and at different levels of complexity. They provide the foundation for learning other skills and enable employees adapt to modern working practices and workplace change.

The program is made up of the following levels:

• Level 1: Basic Conditions of Employment
• Level 2: Employer-Employee Relationships
• Level 3: The organization of work
• Level 4: Workplace Ethics
• Level 5: Workplace Time and Communication Management
